Friday, May 17th: Welcome Wine and Cheese Reception

Kick off the festivities with elegance and style at our Welcome Wine and Cheese Reception at the boathouse from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. Savor delectable cheeses paired perfectly with fine wines as we toast to 50 plus incredible years of rowing excellence.


Saturday, May 18th: Alberta Boat Race and Lunch

Experience the thrill of the annual Alberta Boat Race on Saturday morning, followed by a mouthwatering lunch hosted and prepared by BBQ master, Max Findlay. It’s a day filled with excitement, delicious food, and camaraderie among rowing enthusiasts.


Saturday, May 18th: 50th Anniversary Celebration and Alumni Homecoming Banquet

From 7:00 p.m. to midnight, immerse yourself in nostalgia while looking forward to the future of the club at our official 50th Anniversary Celebration and Alumni Homecoming Banquet. Join fellow rowers, alumni, and friends for an unforgettable evening of celebration, laughter, and dancing as we honor the legacy of the Edmonton Rowing Club.


Sunday, May 19th: Fun Row and Club Gathering

On Sunday morning, gather at the club for a delightful fun row. Whether you’re an alum or a current member, all are welcome to join in.


Banquet Tickets Now on Sale!

Don’t miss out on the main event! Early bird tickets for the banquet are available for just $70 until April 10th. After April 10th, tickets will be $75. Here are the details:

  • Time: Cocktails at 7:00 p.m., Dinner from 7:30 to 9:00 p.m., Dancing till midnight!
