How To Register
You need a personal account to shop at the ERC’s SmartRec online store. If you are new to rowing in Canada, you’ll also need a Rowing Canada Aviron (RCA) account.
Did you row with the ERC in 2023?
Welcome back! You already have a personal account. You can log in using the email address and password you set up last year or with your Facebook, Google, or Microsoft credentials. Need help making a purchase? Check out these tips and video instructions .
You’ll notice that RCA and ARA membership dues and the ERC bingo security deposit are added to your cart at checkout.
Once you’ve checked out of the ERC store, we’ll send you a confirmation email. We’ll then register you in the RCA system and email you when your RCA and ARA memberships are activated.
We highly encourage you to log in to your RCA account to review your details and ensure your contact information is current.
New to the ERC? Registration is a two-step process.
1. Make your purchases from the ERC online store.
Create your account on our Amilia site here or by adding an item to your ERC shopping cart for the very first time.
When you add an item to the shopping cart for the first time or hit the Login option on Amilia’s website, you’ll be prompted to create an account if needed. The account must belong to an adult (18+). Parents, you will add your children under the parent account you create.
Complete all the fields on the form. The email you provide is the one you’ll use to log in to your personal Amilia account. When you hit the Verify email button, a verification code is immediately sent to your email address. Once you’ve verified your email, your Amilia account is active.
You can now select the ERC programs you wish to purchase and add them to your shopping cart. When you’ve finished shopping, select ‘Checkout.‘
You will see that Rowing Canada Aviron (RCA) and Alberta Rowing Association (ARA) annual membership dues are added to your cart. You will pay these fees only once per year. Membership in these organizations is mandatory and provides insurance and other benefits to Canadian rowers.
Complete the checkout process; you’ll get a confirmation from the ERC.
2. Register with Rowing Canada Aviron (RCA)
Create your RCA account by clicking this link. Once completed, we will enroll you in the correct program. You do not need to enroll in a program with RCA or make any payment on the RCA website. Parents, please note, the RCA account must be in the name of the individual rowing, not the responsible adult.
