Current Opportunities

Permanent part-time role supporting club operations, programs, and administration.

Key responsibilities

  • Support club programs and staff
  • Provide administrative support to coaches and the board
  • Assist with club operations and community initiatives

Hours

~20+ hours per week (May – October) ~10 hours per week (November – April)

Compensation

Starting at $20/hour + vacation pay

Teach beginners and summer program participants the fundamentals of rowing.

Term

Late April – August

Key responsibilities

  • Teach rowing basics and safety
  • Support summer Learn-to-Row and Intro to Rowing programs
  • Create a positive learning environment

Eligibility

As this is sponsored by Canada Summer Jobs, applicants must between the ages of 15 and 30 years of age.

Hours

~20-30 hours/week

Coach athletes in recreational programs.

Term

Late April – August

Key responsibilities

  • Coach rowing technique and training
  • Maintain equipment and safety standards
  • Support multiple ERC programs

~30 hours per week

Coach youth athletes in recreational and competitive programs.
